Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a Revit using architectural practice with an international presence, on their vacancy for a Senior Architectural Technologist. This opportunity will be joining their Birmingham office. Since establishing over 30 years ago, our client has developed a talented team of over 60 employees, spread across their 4 offices.

Due to an influx of Education and Healthcare projects, our client is ideally seeking a candidate experienced in either of the sectors. Their portfolio also includes retail, leisure, residential, and industrial projects, with project values ranging up to the 70 million mark. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join an employee-focused practice that offers the benefits of flexible working arrangements and open annual leave. Responsibilities:

• The use of Revit on a daily basis
• Working as part of a fast-paced team
• Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings for a variety of Healthcare and Education projects
• Working across all RIBA stages, focusing on the technical stages
• Carrying out site visits

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years' industry experience
• Hard-working & motivated individual
• A background working on either Education or Healthcare projects is beneficial
• Proficiency with Revit
• Proven technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
• Live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
