Senior Associate - Corporate Real Estate

A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Senior Associate to join its London-based team. The firm is recognised for its strategic focus on real estate M&A and private capital investments, advising a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, and hospitality businesses.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions, including:

• M&A transactions involving real estate assets, including the sale and acquisition of companies, unit trusts, and other entities
• Joint ventures and co-investment structures
• Public and private fundraisings
• Management agreements, promote arrangements, and incentive plans
• Advisory work across the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong corporate experience with a focus on real estate transactions
• Knowledge of hospitality and hotel management agreements, including franchising
• Commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic advice
• Excellent drafting skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience supervising trainees and mentoring junior lawyers
• A track record of business development and client relationship management
