Senior Associate / Legal Director - Professional Indemnity

My global client is seeking a Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join its dynamic and highly regarded team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading law firm that specializes in defending professionals and handling complex claims.

As a key member of this team, you will provide high-quality legal advice to a range of clients, including insurers, solicitors, accountants, architects, and other professionals. You will handle a variety of professional indemnity cases, including high-value and multi-jurisdictional claims.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims, from initial instruction through to resolution.
2. Providing expert legal advice to insurers and professional clients.
3. Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
4. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
5. Advising on policy coverage and risk management strategies.
6. Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments.
