We are currently looking to hire a Senior Associate Consultant to join our Executive Compensation consulting practice based in London. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look likeAs a Senior Associate Consultant, your key day will include:
- Provision of Executive Compensation consulting services; including supporting public and private companies as they design compensation structures specific to their business needs, stage and the challenges they face.
- Supporting client engagements involving assessing business challenges, designing solutions and supporting the RFP process with the client, Procurement and Legal teams.
- Provide input for high calibre professional advice including client reports.
- Benchmarking of executive compensation from peer selection, through analysis and report development.
- Conducting research on relevant compensation trends in support of client queries and reports, client events and webinars.
- Developing technical knowledge on Executive Compensation including UK / EMEA corporate governance on Executive Compensation, incentive design, performance measures, performance calibration, equity plan valuations, benchmarking, and ideally financial services regulation.
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
- Collegiate team player with proven experience of working in a team, committed to collaboration.
- Highly numerate - experience navigating and building models in Excel preferred and ability to work on complex data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills building and managing internal and external relationships.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal, ability to simplify and summarise complex information based on client needs.
- Able to manage stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives.
- Articulate with clients and the team providing practical context when communicating technical knowledge of Executive Compensation.
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of remuneration and the issues affecting reward including incentive design experience.
- Interest in the commercial world and developing sector knowledge of clients.
- Ability to share knowledge, train and mentor junior colleagues on technical topics.
- Qualified with a professional qualification (Accountant, Actuary, Legal, CFA, other relevant) is beneficial and degree level education preferred.
