• Ensure audit quality, efficiency, and accurate reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering their development.

Ideal Candidate:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a well-regarded firm.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
