Senior BA / PM

Wipro is looking for a Senior BA / PM to help our key client deliver a large Treasury & Markets transformation of their Repo business. The role will have a primary focus on supporting one of our largest key accounts in the financial services sector.

As a "Senior BA / PM" you will be a part of Wipro Domain & Consulting Business Line. Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Repo and SBL products, including Repo, Reverse Repo, Triparty, Bond Borrow, Bond Lend, Sell/Buyback etc and the life cycle events.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with Front Office stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Backlog Management: Manage the backlog of work, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Status Reporting: Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Test Progress Tracking: Track test progress, coordinate with testing teams, and ensure successful completion of testing phases.
• Project Experience: Leverage your prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes to drive successful project outcomes.
• Murex Knowledge: While knowledge of Murex is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

• Apex Platform: Prior experience on Apex is a must.
• Strong understanding of Repo and SBL products and their life cycle events.
• Proven experience in managing backlogs, status reporting, and risk & issue management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Front Office stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• The candidate should be hands-on but adept at senior stakeholder management and project status tracking / reporting.
• Experience with Murex is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes.
