Senior Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, looking to take the next step in your career?

My client are recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding team, offering a wide range of commercial consultancy services to a diverse client base.
The role is an excellent opportunity to assume more responsibility, obtain experience in managing and supervising junior team members and build direct relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements:

The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiating skills in a customer service driven, client facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent and well organised. The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.
