What you'll be doing:
As Senior Business Development & Brand Partnership Lead, reporting to our Growth Director, you will be instrumental in expanding Noli's brand partnerships and driving growth. You'll work directly with emerging brands and vendors, leading the charge on sourcing new products, negotiating terms, and onboarding key partners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data insights and creative solutions to build a competitive, innovative, and profitable product range. Your efforts will directly contribute to Noli becoming a trusted authority in the beauty space.

Your Responsibilities
- Market Research & Brand Sourcing
- Conduct market research to identify emerging beauty brands and trends.
- Source innovative products to drive customer acquisition and expand our offering.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the right product mix and competitive pricing.
- Vendor Management & Negotiations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with teams to create launch plans, set targets, and drive market differentiation.
- Brand Onboarding & Activation
- Lead the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring smooth integration and launch execution.
- Partner with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, driving traffic and customer engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for brand partners, maintaining long-term, productive relationships.
- Collaborative Marketing & Commercial Strategy
- Develop joint marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
- Work with the performance marketing team to activate campaigns and track KPIs.
- Contribute to the development of Noli's commercial trading strategy as we explore new business models.

What Our Ideal Hire Looks Like:
- Location : Must be based in London - Hybrid 3+ days in office.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, brand partnerships, or category management in a B2C startup/scale-up. Ideally in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and develop actionable strategies. Proficiency with eCommerce analytics tools and Excel.
- Passion for Beauty : Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends, and customer behaviour. You speak the language of beauty and can communicate effectively with both customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborative Mindset : Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence others. You thrive in team environments and are eager to contribute to collective success.
- Adaptability & Agility : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup where quick decisions and hands-on problem-solving are essential.
