The Opportunity


Official title will be a Senior Manager, Regional Category Management - Surgical EMEA, you will:


Lead strategic marketing & product management for a high-growth portfolio

Define regional market strategies, pricing, and competitive positioning

Work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, regulatory, and supply chain teams

Act as the regional expert-translating insights into actionable growth plans

Drive new product launches & portfolio optimization

Partner with leadership to ensure strong commercial execution across EMEA

Who We're Looking For


8 - 10+ years' experience in marketing, product management, or business development within medical devices, surgical, or healthcare sectors

Proven success in portfolio strategy, pricing, and competitive intelligence

Strong commercial mindset with experience in global/matrix organizations

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel internationally (25%) and flexibility work across time zones
