We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our client's team - ideally in manned guarding and security systems to drive new business and build strong client partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Identifying & securing high-value security contracts
- Managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure
- Building long-term client relationships across key sectors
- Leading proposal & tender submissions
- Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery
- Reporting on performance using CRM tools
What We're Looking For:
- B2B sales experience in security guarding services.
- Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge
- Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels
- Self-starter with a 'hunter' mindset
- Full UK driving licence
