Senior Channel Partner Manager - UK
Posted 7 days 15 hours ago by Pleo
Paying out-of-pocket sucks. Manual data entry is painful. Workplaces need to be more trusting, and finance leaders need to be more tech-savvy.
We're right at the tipping point of a fintech revolution - but we need your help to get there.
We are looking for a new star to come in and help us grow our Partnerships channel even further. The right candidate will bring experience in partnerships, sales and/or account management (bonus points if additionally with a payments background too!)
We are a lean but hella mighty team - and we are looking for someone equally motivated who wants to make their mark and help us expand our horizons.
If this gets you excited, please keep reading!
About the rolePartnerships is a team of 10 Partner Managers with a big shared ambition! Together, we are responsible for building and nurturing the partner communities across the Nordics, DACH - and importantly, the UK and Ireland. Our aim is to position Pleo as that no brainer, go-to solution in each of our markets; bringing so much joy to our referral partners that they want to roll out Pleo to their entire client base! With this channel, every day is a learning opportunity - therefore the right candidate needs to be excited about building something novel, motivated at building lasting relationships, and bring with them a strong commercial mindset.
As a Senior Partner Manager, your role will have 2 areas of focus. First, you will be inheriting a portfolio of high-value accountant partners: a strong foundation which we expect you to take on, build from and grow.
Secondly, you'll be helping to launch and scale our consulting partner community. This will be a new area for Pleo Partnerships - so the right candidate won't be scared to explore unchartered waters, and will be excited to flex their hunter skills in this regard.
No matter which persona you're working with, you'll do whatever it takes to ensure they consistently refer you business each month, getting deep under the hood of that partner to understand their needs, and tailor a unique plan that will help them reach our joint partnership goals. From delivering team training on the Pleo product, to hosting webinars and events, to meeting senior stakeholders for a strategic meeting Your role is to nurture and further develop each relationship to help onboard as many of their clients to Pleo as possible.
That's how we approach Partnerships at Pleo. If this resonates with you and you're up for the challenge, apply below!
