Senior Civil Engineer- Structures and Bridges

Are you an experienced Senior Civil Engineer- Structures and Bridges looking for a new role?

As a Senior Civil Engineer- Structures and Bridges, you will be responsible for being the lead project manager delivering a wide range of schemes on a capital investment plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the project manager for a diverse range of bridge projects within the Highway Structures capital investment plan.
2. Serve as the designated Client under the CDM 2015 Regulations. For simpler projects, also take on other CDM roles such as Designer and Principal Designer.
3. Manage the procurement of technical consultants and oversee their work in delivering technical specifications and contract documentation.
4. Ensure that all designs adhere to DMRB CG300 standards.
5. Select the appropriate contract terms for each project and ensure that all required consents, both internal and external, are obtained and adhered to.

Essential Experience:

1. Driving licence and ability to drive to various locations throughout the county.
2. Project Management experience.
