Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are growing our commercial litigation team and looking for a senior commercial litigation solicitor (10+ years PQE) ideally with some construction litigation experience.

The firm's innovative approach to delivering highly tailored and accessible legal advice is considered genuinely different to the establishment.

Harper James was founded in 2014 and continues to grow at c40%+ year on year. This financial year, more than 150 people will support more than 4,000 businesses and our turnover will exceed £14.5m. We expect to double in size over the next 2 years.

Our lawyers work on an employed and flexible basis, working remotely with access to meeting space in Birmingham, Cambridge, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Oxford, Sheffield and Southampton. The remote set up allows people to work from wherever they want, to give people the flexibility they need, for whatever reason. What does the ideal candidate look like?

This opportunity is suited to lawyers with wide-ranging commercial litigation experience (ideally including construction litigation) and running a variety of complex commercial litigation cases independently and concurrently with paralegal support when required.
