Senior Consultant - HR Transformation

Are you a Senior Consultant - HR Transformation?

Our client has 2 opportunities:

1. HR Consultant with Terms and Conditions and Policy experience
2. HR Consultant with Shared Service experience

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design, and change management, with a focus on supporting HR teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.

You will need between 5-10 years of operational or HR Transformation experience. You will also have implemented SaaS solutions for HR, preferably Oracle, Workday, or SAP.

Salary: £50-70,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits and hybrid working.
