About the role:
Worley is looking for a Senior Consultant, Change Management to join our Global team.
We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Change Management to support change initiatives within projects and workstreams, ensuring our people successfully navigate organizational transformations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented change professional who can apply change management strategies and methodologies to support the adoption of new ways of working. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, execution focus, and the ability to drive meaningful change outcomes.
You'll be:
- Support Change Implementation: Executing change management activities within projects and workstreams, focusing on adoption, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Conducting impact assessments and developing strategies to engage and support stakeholders through change.
- Change Readiness Assessments: Assisting in evaluating readiness for change and identifying risks to successful adoption.
- Training and Learning Support: Working with Learning & Development teams to ensure training and capability-building activities align with change objectives.
- Communication Support: Developing change communications and engagement materials in collaboration with project teams.
- Monitor and Report on Change Progress: Tracking key change management activities, gathering feedback, and recommending course corrections as needed.
- Collaboration with Project Teams: Working closely with change managers and project leads to ensure the consistent execution of change initiatives across teams. Providing insights from the ground and helping adjust strategies based on real-time feedback.
You'll have:
- Experience in change management, supporting project-based change initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with teams to solve problems and guide them through changes.
- Familiarity with human-centered change management, with a focus on supporting employees through transitions.
- Experience in delivering training programs and supporting employees during the implementation of new systems or processes.
- Analytical skills to assess impact and adoption challenges.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) is a plus.
This role is ideal for a senior change consultant who specializes in executing change initiatives within projects, ensuring employees are supported and change efforts are effectively implemented.
