Senior Contracts Manager - Legally Bias Offshore Wind Developer

Location: London (2 days in the office p/w)

Work Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

1. Provide contract management support for projects within the developer's portfolio, assisting the supply chain team in assessing, drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts and agreements.
2. Occasionally cover and support company secretarial duties as needed.
3. Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop policies and strategies.
4. Integrate into projects to provide contractual support under the direction of the Projects Supply Chain Lead.
5. Represent the company's interests in the development and execution of contracts.
6. Assist in the preparation and delivery of board papers, minutes, and meetings on behalf of the executive team.

Requirements:

1. Law degree or experience as a contract manager with a legal focus.
2. Provide advice, comments, and knowledge to the project and supply chain team in the development and execution of various contract formats.
3. Prepare documentation and occasionally support BOD meetings in the company secretarial role.
4. Review and maintain systems to ensure proper management of contracts and associated documentation at both company and project levels.
5. Develop, author, and agree on contracting structures and details, including creating a suite of contracting conditions for use across the development portfolio.
