A rapidly expanding company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of over 600 new nursing home bedrooms across multiple locations over the next three years. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior-level construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Strategy and Execution
2. Contract Management
3. Project Coordination
4. Reporting and Compliance

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum of 4 years' experience in senior management within the construction industry.
2. At least 3 years' experience in project management or as a Site Manager.
3. Strong understanding of the building and construction industry.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage teams with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
5. Well-organised and able to meet competing deadlines.
6. Ability to effectively handle and resolve unexpected challenges.

Other Requirements:

1. A full and valid UK Driver's Licence is required due to the travel demands of the role.
