What you'll doAs the Conversion Specialist for eyeo's consumer business, you will define and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates across eyeo's consumer brands and websites, including AdBlock and Adblock Plus.
You will work collaboratively with product, UX, and engineering teams to define and implement successful conversion strategies. Your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in improving user journeys and achieving business growth.
- Conversion Optimization Tactics
- Develop CRO tactics for AdBlock and Adblock Plus websites, apps, and extensions.
- Align optimization initiatives with business objectives, securing buy-in from cross-functional leaders across product and engineering.
- Customer Journey Analysis
- Analyze user journeys to pinpoint bottlenecks and friction points preventing conversions.
- Collaborate with user research teams to understand motivations, pain points, and preferences.
- Experimentation and Testing
- Generate impactful hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of experiments, ensuring alignment with timelines, goals, and resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, UX, design, engineering, and user research teams to define and ensure smooth execution of experiments.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Use tools like Optimizely, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or similar tools to analyze traffic, behavior, and conversion data.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, churn rates, and experiment impact.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Project Management
- Manage CRO initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Continuously refine optimization strategies based on results and insights.
- At least 5 years of experience in CRO with a strong track record of successful experiments that drive growth.
- Deep knowledge of website optimization and strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Experience with Optimizely or a similar tool to run experimentation.
- A background in conversion rate optimization from a consumer-facing business, like a brand or agency.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach.
- Experience managing the execution of multiple projects and aligning with stakeholders.
- HTML, CSS and SQL knowledge.
- Prior experience implementing CRO within mobile apps and desktop extensions.
