The Opportunity

  • Responsible for delivery of outcomes (project deliverables) for the Correspondence Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting some of the less experienced members of the team as a guide and mentor.
  • The CoE provides analysis, design and test assurance of system-generated customer correspondence, both in transformation (migrations) and BAU across our core platform technologies.
  • Responsible for the analysis, document specifications definition and set up on migration programmes
  • Responsible for the specification, testing and delivery of correspondence on both migration programmes and new propositional or operational change
  • Responsible for ensuring the needs of the clients are met, especially for branding and tone of voice requirements
  • Supports new strategic initiatives where communications (correspondence) design is required

You'll be:

  • Key member of team who helps build, maintain and develop a high-performing CoE model for the delivery of correspondence design, for all types of customer correspondence
  • Responsible for a delivery approach and methodology that ensures successful customer correspondence (templates, letters, statements, forms, inserts, attachments, packs) on our core platform technologies
  • Helps to create an environment for continuous improvement and ensures lessons learned from previous transformation work across different clients is adopted, unlocking opportunities to increase automation and reduce error and waste
  • Able to chair meetings with senior stakeholders to help drive solutions and meet project objectives
  • Manages and organises a number of the team members (up to 5) to deliver effectively across different client accounts and programmes of work
  • Recognised as an expert in the life cycle (customer correspondence journeys) of life, pension and investment products, particularly for those key events in a customer's life where informed decisions need to be made

You should apply if you:

  • Experience working within a Life and Pensions organisation
  • Good understanding of differing operating models and the effect this can have on the cost effectiveness of solutions.
  • Good understanding of Correspondence Systems ie must understand the architecture and the impacts consequences of the solution/design on that
  • Experience of applying a range of techniques to gather, sort and format data for detailed analysis and to present the result in an unambiguous manner; appreciation of best practice for different types of analysis
