Senior Credit Controller

Senior Credit Controller, London based University

Contract length: 3 months, possibility of further extension

Salary: TBC

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Location: London, hybrid working (3 days working in the Office/ 2 days working from home)

Job Purpose:

The post holder will be responsible for providing a full sales ledger and debt collection service.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee and review ledger daily for receipts not allocated to invoices
• Responsible for debt collection service, chasing debt BTB and BTC
• Monitor and process Payment Plans
• Deal with discrepancies and queries internally
• Hold regular meetings with department heads, regarding to the collection of debts
• Provide accurate information on outstanding amounts and consult on the actions to be taken

Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working within a credit control team (E)
• Experience working within higher education (D)
• Knowledge and experience of SITS, SAP (D)
