Job Description

  • Take ownership of our marketing tech stack, with a focus on HubSpot, ensuring it remains the backbone of our marketing operations.
  • Act as an internal HubSpot expert, empowering teams by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Play a key role in rolling out new HubSpot features and integrating additional teams within Marketing and Sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the design and implementation of lead scoring systems and oversee lead management workflows.
  • Establish and refine data governance protocols, including naming conventions, properties, objects, form structures, and user permissions.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for marketing teams, providing support and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Tech, and Data to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Tech and Data teams to maintain a clean and accurate marketing database, helping to resolve any issues.
  • Configure and manage data tracking and analytics across platforms like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other Martech tools.
  • Generate insightful reports and analysis, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
  • Over time, establish yourself as a trusted leader in Marketing Operations across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience with HubSpot and a natural ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
  • Comfortable with data and driven by commercial outcomes - you know how to ask the right questions and focus on what moves the needle.
  • Well-versed in marketing metrics and performance indicators, understanding how to gauge success.
  • Clear and confident communicator who naturally builds relationships and earns stakeholder trust.
  • Always looking for improvements, whether through refining processes, exploring new tech, or innovating in unexpected ways.
  • Able to break down complex systems into straightforward, actionable steps.
  • Understands the importance of governance and can balance structure with business needs.
  • Appreciates the value of testing, ensuring decisions are informed by evidence.
