Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week), 9am - 5pm.

Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role
To support the Customer Contact Team in providing an outstanding customer experience to all our customers and to continuously seek ways of improving policies, procedures, and services to ensure value for money. As the Senior Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for the line management of the Trainee Customer Advisors (Modern Apprentice).

On Offer
This role has a competitive salary banding of £33,409 - £36,523, EVH Grade 6 (PA17 - PA20). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
