Role: Senior DC Client Relationship Manager
Location: UK Wide offices available
Remote working: 2 days a week in any office 3 days at home
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Are you currently working in DC Pensions consulting or client relationship management and wanting to get away from sales and business development targets? BWD has a new opportunity that could be a great step forward in your career.

We are partnering with one of the UK's leading DC Master Trust; they are looking for a Senior CRM to help manage a portfolio of DC pension clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DC pensions and client relationship management and ideally have worked with larger scaled clients. Coming from a pensions admin background will also be a big help.

You will be working with clients to help the onboarding, transition, and ongoing support of their scheme and being the first point of contact for issues and escalated queries. You will be expected to assist with pitching and retention of the client, but you will not have a sales or BD target.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 8 years' experience is essential. Prior experience in DC Pensions consulting, relationship management, or pensions administration is essential.
• Overall understanding and experience of DC pensions administration to understand the policies, procedures, and regulations that come with a DC scheme.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining external and internal relationships across a multi-discipline service.
• You must have strong communication, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.
