Senior Delivery Manager (f/m/d)- Remote Europe

As a Delivery Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery of our solutions to clients globally. You will scale a high-performing team and drive the success of large-scale projects, helping clients achieve their business goals through cutting-edge automation and AI technology.

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality implementation of our solutions for clients.
• Define and optimize delivery processes, continuously improving performance and client satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client accounts.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align on customer requirements and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future development and innovation.
• Ensure all solutions are delivered in compliance with agreed terms, technical requirements, and budget constraints.

• Strong expertise in managing large-scale solution implementations, preferably with automation, AI, or enterprise software solutions.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solutions delivery, technical consultancy, project management, or a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, AI, and intelligent process automation is highly desirable.
