What you'll do and what we offerOverview:
We are in a period of rapid growth and transformation, with a strong ambition to accelerate digital lead acquisition and scale our revenue pipeline. To fuel this next phase, we need an exceptional Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that deliver high-quality leads, optimize conversion rates, and maximize revenue potential.
The Opportunity:
As we expand our digital-first approach, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is not just about executing campaigns - it's about building a strategic demand engine that scales. We need someone who can think beyond traditional tactics, leveraging cutting-edge marketing technology, data-driven insights, and creative engagement strategies to acquire, nurture, and convert leads efficiently.
The Role & Expectations:
- Owning the demand strategy: Designing and executing integrated growth campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Optimizing digital acquisition: Use marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Salesforce) to scale, optimise and enhance campaign performance.
- Experimenting & iterating: Implementing A/B testing, optimizing messaging, and continuously refining tactics based on real-time data.
- Building pipeline: Defining lead scoring and qualification criteria, ensuring seamless handoffs with sales, and increasing conversion rates.
- Scaling impact: Bringing an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to maximize ROI and accelerate growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a growth-oriented, data-driven, and innovative marketer who is excited by the opportunity to lead demand generation at scale. This person should have:
- Experience in scaling multi-channel demand programs in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills to measure, optimize and report on marketing campaign performance using platforms such as Marketo & Salesforce. Certified Marketo expert and/or 3+ years experience required.
- The ability to move fast, test continuously, and pivot based on insights.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to drive engagement and conversion.
