Introducing hyble!

Things move quickly at hyble! We're a team of passionate individuals who love what we do and are always striving for the best. If you're looking for a company that values your contributions and offers exciting challenges, this might be the place for you.

We're a fast-growing marketing technology company serving customers in over 50 countries.

Just six years ago, we were a tight-knit team of 12 crammed into a tiny office in a start-up incubator. Fast forward to today, and we've transformed into a dynamic team of over 90 passionate individuals spanning three continents partnering with some of the world's biggest alcoholic beverage brands.

Right now, we're expanding rapidly into North America as a result of signing a transformational contract with the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in the USA, who also happens to be the 11th biggest privately owned company in the US.

Our Purpose

Our goal is to create a lasting positive impact by disrupting a traditional industry that's operated the same way for over 50 years.

Our technology platform "hyble" empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.

This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

As a senior member of the Custom Design and Print team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all point-of-sale and marketing materials are visually compelling, brand-compliant, and meet state and industry-specific regulations. If you are a seasoned designer with strong print expertise, a passion for beverage branding, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What you'll do:
  • Lead the creation of high-quality print designs across multiple formats, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards.
  • Manage and execute multiple high-volume design projects, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure print-ready file preparation, including correct bleed, resolution, dielines, and colour settings for different printing methods.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and midweight designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.
  • Review and provide feedback on team designs, ensuring high standards across all projects.
  • Drive best practices in workflow and asset management, optimizing the design process for efficiency.
  • Ensure all designs meet industry and state-specific regulations, pertaining to the alcoholic beverage sector.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and print vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, streamlining processes to enhance design efficiency.
  • Support asset gathering and organization, ensuring all branding elements are well-structured and accessible.
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in print design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality print work.
  • Deep understanding of print production processes, including offset, digital and large format.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, oversee workflows, and mentor junior designers.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong layout, typography, and composition skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, balancing a high volume of projects while maintaining quality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect and print-ready designs.
  • Experience working with global brands, ideally within the beer, wine, and spirits industry.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations related to alcohol advertising and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset, with a keen eye for efficiency improvements in design workflows.
  • Proficiency in workflow management software (Asana, Monday, Trello).
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
What we'll offer:

As well as your salary:
  • Pension: A combined contribution of up 12% of your salary for your future.
  • Reward and Recognition: A bonus scheme based on company performance, with regular recognition along the way.
  • Holidays: 33 days including public holidays, with options to buy or sell extra days.
