About the team

IMA's Experience Retail Creative are a team of experts, re-thinking retail by creating meaningful and memorable brand experiences in both the digital and physical world.

Summary of the role

The Senior Designer will work within the creative team to create design solutions for our full range of exciting clients. To research and visualize concepts and to develop strategic consumer experiences and content creation, translating ideas internally to clients.

Some responsibilities of the Senior Designer role will include:

• To interpret and develop client briefs alongside the Design Directors and Client Services team.
• To mentor and encourage more junior members of the team. Be a go-to for advice and guidance. Foster an open forum of creativity with the team.
• Deliver presentations to clients and roadmap explanations to clients.
• To take a leading role in the delivery of projects ensuring brand consistency.
• Able to work with different departments to maintain a consistently high output.
• To support the Creative Directors and Creative Partners in the development and guardianship of the IMA Brand.
