As we look to expand our team, we're seeking expert creatives with energy and enthusiasm in abundance, who want to immerse themselves in a wealth of creative opportunities. We have two offices that collaborate closely together; our Surrey based design studio, and our spectacular London headquarters in Bishopsgate. You can work in either location depending on where you are based.

Who are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer who embodies our studio's ethos of no-faff, no-fluff, and no-egos. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision of our projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to our award-winning work. We're seeking a design guru with a wealth of experience, a passion for digital innovation, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Designer, you will take the lead in:

1. Conceptualizing and executing extraordinary digital experiences that captivate our clients and inspire our team.
2. Collaborating with other designers, strategists, project managers, and tech teams to produce award-winning work.
3. Taking projects from ideation and delivering beautiful yet functional digital experiences. This includes creating user journeys, wireframes, pixel-perfect design, and producing interactive prototypes.
4. Setting the creative direction for projects and guiding the team in executing designs that meet the highest standards.
5. Crafting unbelievable on-brand pitch presentations.
6. Facilitating brainstorming, creative problem solving, and ideas sessions.
7. Serving as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them to translate their vision into outstanding digital realities.
8. Developing and maintaining design systems or design libraries to ensure design consistency across projects.

Our ideal teammate will have:

1. A proven track record of senior-level digital design experience, with a strong focus on mobile-first and responsive web design projects.
2. A strategic thinker and problem solver.
3. A clear understanding of, and interest in storytelling and the ability to create strong user journeys that help brands communicate.
4. Expertise of digital design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple suites, including MS Office and Keynote.
6. Exceptional skills in interactive design fundamentals, including micro-interactions, animations, and user interface best practices.
7. A deep-seated interest in staying at the forefront of design trends and continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance our work.
8. Deep knowledge of Accessibility and Inclusive Design.
9. Proficiency in harnessing generative AI technologies to elevate creative concepts.
10. Experience in digital marketing design, branding, and creating marketing collateral.

Your experience and skills:

1. A beautiful portfolio that illustrates creative prowess, strategic thinking, visual hierarchy, and mastery of design fundamentals and building blocks.
2. Experience of working in a creative design studio, ideally with leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
3. The ability to work both autonomously and alongside other designers, project managers, and directors.
4. Excellent time management and a flexible approach to workloads.
