You'll be the architect of our central marketing promotional calendar, orchestrating a symphony of revenue and efficiency. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, where your insights directly translate into measurable results. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of commercial, marketing, brand, creative, sales, operations, and analytics professionals, ensuring our campaigns resonate across the European market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging data to drive success, this is your stage.

Your Daily Adventure at Storio:

  • Dive deep into data to conduct insightful campaign planning and post-campaign performance analyses.
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and actionable short-term plans, working closely with our commercial and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (CRM, merchandising, social, etc.), collaborating with brand, product marketing, and studio teams to ensure timely delivery and streamline processes.
  • Deliver clear and concise operational-level campaign reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights for tactical decision-making.
  • Develop a profound understanding of our diverse customer segments and apply this knowledge to refine campaign execution and short-term planning.
  • Own and manage the testing roadmap, focusing on operational implementation and adhering to new Omnibus legislation to support data-driven promotional planning.
  • Provide commercial and promotional reporting to sales, operations, and plant teams, including tactical scenario planning to support executional decisions.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (AOV, LTV, churn, etc.) to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

How you make your mark:

  • You'll be the driving force behind optimized marketing campaigns, directly impacting revenue and customer engagement.
  • Your analytical insights will shape tactical decisions, ensuring our strategies remain agile and effective.
  • You'll foster seamless collaboration across multiple teams, enhancing communication and efficiency.
  • You will be a key player in the improvement of current processes.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment that will allow you to grow your skill set.

What you bring to the party:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in marketing, analytics, or economics.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Advanced expertise in tactical-level campaign planning, including multi-channel strategies and complex promotional structures.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on operational coordination and execution.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical prowess. Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
  • A hands-on mentality, and a drive to get results.

Extra Kudos for Experience:

  • Experience with Looker or similar Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience working in a pan-European market.
  • Experience working with the implementation of new marketing-related laws.
