Senior ICT Expert - .NET and Web Development (SR)

Location: Brussels (2 days onsite per week, remote flexibility)

Language Requirement: Dutch (CEFR level C2)

Overview:

The Agency is seeking a Senior ICT Expert with strong experience in .NET and web development to join the team. The team is responsible for the development, analysis, and maintenance of applications that support various departments, particularly around agricultural and spatial information systems.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of full-time professional experience in .NET (C#)
• Strong experience with:
• WCF, ASP.NET Web API
• Entity Framework (Core)
• .NET Core
• Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) and SQL Server
• Frontend JavaScript development (TypeScript, Angular 12 or higher)
• Open Layers
• Oracle Spatial
• GIS systems
• Solid understanding and application of design patterns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python
• Experience with CSS and Bootstrap
• Experience with GIT source control
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology
• Higher education degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience
