Senior Electrical Engineer

An exciting opportunity is available for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a dynamic and growing building services team, working on residential, commercial, cultural, healthcare and education projects. Role Responsibilities

1. Lead electrical design for residential and commercial projects, with a focus on utility connections and life safety systems.
2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal design standards.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to share resources and knowledge.
4. Engage directly with clients from early RIBA stages, helping shape sustainable and innovative solutions.
5. Deliver projects to timelines with a strong emphasis on professionalism.
6. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Candidate Requirements

1. Proven electrical design experience within building services, ideally with a background in residential and commercial developments.
2. Demonstrable management or mentoring experience.
3. Strong understanding of integration of teams.
4. Previous experience in building services consultancy with a passion for sustainable design and innovation.
5. A proactive communicator with client-facing experience.
6. Comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-growing and ambitious team.
7. Open to senior-level professionals as well as confident 'hungry' junior candidates with strong communication skills.
