As a Senior Electronics Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of innovative energy solutions. This is an opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge electronic systems, ensuring they meet the latest industry standards while driving strategic advancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Innovate & Design: Develop advanced electronic designs that align with industry standards, particularly measuring circuits compliant with IEC 61010-1.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for strategic development projects, guiding innovation and execution.
- Next-Gen Product Development: Take a pivotal role in designing and developing next-generation energy products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across the business to drive projects from concept to completion.
Hybrid Work Model
Your ideal background:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced electronics engineer who is passionate about innovation and problem-solving.
Must-Have Qualifications:- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital and electronic circuit design, including measurement design and microprocessor selection.
- Expertise in electronic circuit design, including layout considerations from 1kV to 5V power and signal.
- Strong knowledge of common network protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet).
- Design for EMC and UL certification experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across all levels of the business.
- A decisive, confident, and strategic mindset with strong planning and preparation skills.
- Experience in analog circuit design and switch-mode power supplies.
- Familiarity with basic CAD principles and software.
