Are you an experienced construction Senior Estimator looking for a fresh new start or an exciting change with career progression?

Fawkes and Reece are proud to be working with a Regional Main Contractor based in Leeds recruiting for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their dynamic construction team. You will be working on new build and fit-out/refurbishment projects that would be typically ranging from £500k - £15m in value across an array of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, MoD, Social Housing and Retail. You will be responsible for tenders from enquiry to handover within their commercial team working on both D&B and traditional forms of contract.

• Attend tender presentations for new projects, contribute, lead commercially and present. Prioritisation of all tenders.
• Prepare cost budgets and cost estimates for contracts.
• Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement.
• Work with surveyors in preparation of quantified schedule of rates and bill of quantities.
• Prepare tender summaries and attend start-up pre-price and price meetings.
• Assist in preparation for settlement meeting enquiries whether risk register, prelims and labour rates have been done.

• Salary up to £60,000 DOE
