Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who has a strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and financial controls, and thrives in an environment where attention to detail and precision are key. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and other teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and group policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance timelines and reporting to meet contractual obligations.
• Assist in client audits and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Align with client Accounting to clear balances and ensure accurate P&L releases per policy.
• Contribute to month-end process and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain client fee schedules to align with revenue recognition.
• Partner with business teams to create rate cards, pitch decks, and ensure compliance in proposals.
• Support Senior Commercial Manager on ad-hoc compliance and finance projects.

Qualifications

• Several years in Commercial Finance/FP&A, with a focus on compliance.
• Qualified; can be newly qualified.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Financial Modelling (SAP experience essential).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation is a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring compliance.
