Senior Finance Business Partner

Investigo are working exclusively with a leading Property company to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner to their high-performing Finance team. Based in Central London, this is an excellent time to join this well-established business within the London Property market in a commercial, business facing role.

Location: City of London

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus

Hybrid working: 3 days office based

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing financial analysis and insights including risks and opportunities
2. Business partnering with senior management team including Partner level
3. Leading on budgeting and forecasting activity
4. Working with the Financial Controller to support external reporting process
5. Identifying and tracking annual performance targets
6. Strategic planning and business wide presentations
7. Long-term planning and business case preparation
8. Lead process and systems improvements including supporting on ad hoc projects

Required skills and qualifications:

1. ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
2. Previous experience in an FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role
3. Strong systems and Excel skills including managing large data sets
4. Ability to build strong working relationships across the business
5. Experience working in professional services or property is advantageous
