Senior FM Project Manager - Lifecycle

Senior FM Project Manager - Lifecycle - Government contract - £75k + package

Working for a well-respected FM services business, you will take charge of a large number of lifecycle and variation project works across public sector Government contracts. You will need a minimum of 10 years experience and an in-depth knowledge of PFI in a Government environment, confident dealing with multiple senior stakeholders including the civil service and ministers.

Managing multiple projects including refurbishments, full MEP and Fabric works, you will need to be a leader and used to managing high volumes of project works - £6m a year in works. Responsible for 3 senior PMs and project assistants.

You will need to pass Government clearance.
