Salary: £32,000 - £42,000.

This Ground Investigation Consultancy are seeking an experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer/Consultant to join their expanding team as a Senior. With expertise in contaminated land, site investigation and ground remediation, you'll be provided with the opportunity to work on a range of projects, keeping day-to-day work engaging, building managerial skills and developing your career.

This Senior Geo-environmental Engineer role will require work in site and in office, writing and reviewing reports, supervising site investigations, developing remediation strategies and mentoring junior team members. You'll be contributing to the preparation of proposals and bids and carrying out desk studies, among a variety of other responsibilities.

The Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer selected will:

• Have experience as a geo-environmental engineer/consultant (or geotechnical/engineering geologist).
• Ideally, have experience leading a team and reviewing reports.
• Have a degree in geology, geoscience, environmental science or geotechnical engineering.
• Have a valid UK Driving licence.
• Be commutable to Reading and the surrounding area.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
