A growing contractor providing geotechnical and environmental services across multiple sectors, is currently seeking a Senior Geologist/Project Manager to join their team in Newbury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing geotechnical projects from inception to completion
• Conducting detailed site investigations and geotechnical assessments
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports and proposals
• Leading project teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Providing expert geotechnical advice and solutions to clients
• Managing project budgets and timelines effectively
• Mentoring and developing junior team members

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record
• Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and client management skills
