  • Medical Insights & Strategy: Collect, analyze, and translate actionable medical insights into strategic guidance and decision-making.
  • Scientific Communication & Education: Develop and execute a compelling, evidence-based medical content and service strategy, enabling effective dissemination, medical education, and training across global markets.
  • Cross-Functional & External Leadership: Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary teams while fostering partnerships with subsidiaries, licensors, KOLs, and international organizations to advance medical support of our focus products.
  • Medical & Operational Excellence: Provide expert guidance for Investigator-Initiated Trials and medical-scientific initiatives, contributing up-to-date product and therapeutic area knowledge, tools and processes.for and best practice exchange with subsidiaries
Your naturally convincing profile
  • Professional qualifications: PhD degree with in-depth medical knowledge, preferably in stomach and digestive health.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in Medical Affairs or related functions with a proven track record of significant achievements in key medical responsibilities. International experience, preferably in multinational companies, and prior residence abroad are highly desirable.
  • Skills and competencies: Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of scientific methods, market mechanisms, and regulatory requirements; medical device knowledge is an advantage. Excellent presentation and communication skills, combined with business acumen.
  • Personal strengths: Team-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven personality with strong leadership skills and experience in matrix responsibilities. High customer focus and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in verbal and written English and German. Further languages are desirable. Willingness to relocate to the South-West of Germany.
