Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Property, Planning & Highways team within Peterborough City Council.

We are looking for an individual to join a dynamic team as a Senior Property Lawyer.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of two years post qualified experience within local government with strong knowledge and expertise of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954; Local Government Act 1972, Localism Act 2011 and Housing Act 1985.

You will be required to undertake complex legal work which will often involve new or complex processes and to be responsible for completing all aspects of the task in accordance with good legal practice and client service specifications.
