Senior Legal Advisor - Insurance Non-Life

Role:

• Conduct in-depth studies on specific issues related to fire & theft insurance and, more broadly, to non-life insurance (P&C) and the relevant legislation
• Identify trends and key topics in these fields that may be relevant to the insurance sector
• Coordinate various consultative meetings with insurance companies in this domain
• Develop industry positions in collaboration with different divisions and departments
• Provide expert opinions to best defend the interests of the profession
• Act as a representative and advocate in various consultation and decision-making bodies
• Support the communication department on specific issues related to fire & theft insurance
• Build and maintain a strong network within the insurance sector
• Contribute to strategic projects of importance to the professional association

Profile:

• Master in Law
• Proven experience in the insurance sector, particularly in non-life insurance (IARD)
• Dutch and/or French native with an excellent command of the second national language and a good level of English
• Eager to learn and continuously develop skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Open-minded and skilled in mediation
