Job Description


Join our team and take responsibility for driving the innovation pipeline - from concept writing, through testing, to a successful market launch. You will act as project leader and drive the projects forward in an agile way and at speed.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to drive innovation within our Wound Care portfolio. You will work closely with external manufacturers and focus on the pharmacy channel and private pay (OTC) products.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to fine-tuning and developing the Global Wound Care strategy (product and brand strategy) within the Business Division Wound Care to reach our ambitious growth targets in the pharmacy channel
  • Drive the product development pipeline considering customer needs and our brand promise for simplicity and efficiency to build an innovative image
  • Monitor market trends and developments, and competitor activities to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product range
  • Develop and align new product concepts
  • Define claims, pricing, and positioning
  • Collect market requirements for innovation to ensure smooth and multiple market product launches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and regulatory teams, and travel to suppliers and countries where products are rolled out

Qualifications :

  • University Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a highly regulated environment (e.g., OTC)
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Ability to lead projects and get things done
  • Experience working cross-functionally and in a multi-cultural context
  • Fluent in English
