Job Summary:About the Role & Team
Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company (TWDC)'s Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) video entertainment service targeted to all audiences. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star), with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms including TVs, mobile devices, and gaming consoles.
The DtC UKI/EMEA team is responsible for the overall commercial performance and the day-to-day operations of Disney+. This includes marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, customer engagement, implementation/localisation of the global content strategy, analytics and research.
Within this team, you will be responsible for the ongoing commercial performance of TWDC's DtC partner business, in UK&I and EMEA. In addition to this, you'll be directly responsible for quarterly and weekly subscriber acquisition and revenue targets, as well as ongoing partner subscriber activation, engagement and retention - working closely with the local and regional DtC teams, as well as the affiliate and brand partnerships teams.
This role requires a strong onsite presence (4 days a week) to foster collaboration with stakeholders and deliver impactful cross-functional initiatives.
What You Will Do
- You will set ambitious yet achievable quarterly and weekly targets for subscriber growth, activation, engagement, and retention, ensuring alignment with partners to drive sustained performance.
- You will develop and execute a cohesive trading and joint business plan, continuously optimising strategies to unlock incremental growth.
- To bring the joint business plan to life, you will align teams, operationalise key initiatives, and rigorously track performance against targets.
- Identifying and driving new revenue opportunities-such as packaging, promotions, and deal expansions-will be a key focus. You will work closely with the affiliates team to negotiate, contract, and execute high-impact initiatives that extend beyond agreed deal terms.
- Partnering with internal Direct-to-Consumer product teams and external stakeholders, you will enhance customer experiences, improve activation rates, and drive sustained engagement.
- You will build a strong, value-driven relationship with Disney+'s partner marketing team, ensuring alignment on campaigns that elevate visibility, maximise sell-through, and strengthen brand positioning across all partner channels.
- As the key bridge between TWDC streaming priorities and commercial execution, you will ensure all actions are strategically aligned for maximum impact.
- Serving as the day-to-day lead with our partner, you will chair key meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and weekly syncs, fostering alignment and driving results.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded, data-driven, and relationship-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about unlocking growth through strategic partnerships.

- Experience in driving and exceeding sales targets, delivering exceptional growth within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. FMCG experience also seen as a valuable asset in understanding fast-paced, high-volume environments.
