Consulting Seniority: Manager - Director (Approximately 7 to 12 years of experience in consulting)

Salary: £70k-£85k + a bonus up to 25% + EMI potential

They are seeking an experienced consultant who can win new clients and deliver transformation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client needs, the firm's capabilities, and achieving measurable results.

To succeed, you'll need a strong understanding of how product, data, and software professionals operate, enabling you to lead them effectively in projects. Technological literacy is essential, as is the ability to translate technical requirements for executives across departments.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring every milestone drives measurable client impact
• Strategic business and account development, including new offerings and propositions

• Proven experience in account management in a consulting context
• Experience leading the delivery of transformation projects
• Experience in data, advanced analytics and AI solutions, familiarity with modern technologies and sufficient technical understanding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation abilities
