Job Description

Are you an ambitious, results driven marketer? Experienced in leading a team and driving forward creative campaigns? If so, then we'd love to talk with you about our Senior Marketing Manager opportunity.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director for UK & Ireland, you will provide marketing leadership and support to the Infrastructure Sector marketing team by communicating and ensuring an understanding of the strategic direction for the sector. You will lead on the creation and delivery of an infrastructure marketing plan that supports our UK&I Growth Strategy and aligns with regional and sector priorities - delivering marketing strategies that both raise profile and generate new business leads. You will be a champion of the Stantec brand and an expert in implementing Stantec's branded voice and Style Guide.

In this role you will work across the Infrastructure sector using your marketing and digital expertise to help communicate how we are providing solutions to the challenges faced by our communities today. You will work with business leaders and specialists from across our global marketing teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns covering a variety of themes - from addressing climate change to town centre regeneration. This is an opportunity to combine your marketing experience with the insights of our technical teams to deliver meaningful campaigns and communications to our audience and raise our brand profile.

At Stantec we believe we are better together, in this role you will have line management responsibility for marketing managers within the Infrastructure sector, leading and mentoring them to meet their objectives and working with other sector marketing leads to identify inter-disciplinary opportunities. You will benefit from the expertise of marketing specialists on the team - working collaboratively with digital, events, design, and communications professionals, to further enhance marketing campaigns.

This role can be based from any of our UK or Ireland offices, with hybrid working allowing for a mix of in-office and home working. Our offices are friendly and sociable places offering a supportive working environment. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fun team that values teamwork and creativity.

ABOUT YOU

You will have prior experience within a Marketing Manager role - with experience in the engineering, construction or professional services sectors highly beneficial. The role will require you to have strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.

Strong story-telling and writing skills are important for success within this role. You will have demonstrable experience of using these skills to deliver creative communications solutions to support thought leadership, employer brand and marketplace positioning activities across a variety of platforms.

You will have experience of incorporating digital channels into marketing strategies including targeted advertising, Vlogging and Podcasts.

A client focused marketing professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing concurrent initiatives, and working with different personality styles and management levels. While based in the UK&I team you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from marketing colleagues across the globe.
