We are hiring a Senior Specialist, Marketing within Corporate Affairs and Marketing function at LSEG. The role is focussed within the Post Trade division which incorporates brand names like LCH and Regulatory Reporting.
Role Purpose & Impact:
Join us for a hands-on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will implement end to end campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth. The role is well-suited to an enthusiastic, pro-active problem solver who will take an insight-led approach to improving the impact of our investment and our relevance in this area. The ability to collaborate and communicate well is important as the successful applicant will work in partnership with product, sales as well as the broader communications and marketing organisation. For the right candidate, this is a phenomenal chance to define a recognized impact on our businesses and establish themselves as a valuable strategic asset for the group. The Senior Specialist, Marketing reports to Director of Marketing, Post Trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with team members to develop and carry out marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as email, social & digital media, industry conferences, events and webinars.
- Help organise and coordinate marketing events, such as conferences, LCH thought leadership events, networking events and webinars.
- Partner with the wider marketing function, sales and product teams to plan and activate tactics that will support the objectives of the marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all business areas within the firm to promote, champion and help to deliver cross business solutions.
- Make use of analytics as a basis for determining what tactics to use, track performance against benchmarks and report return on investment.
- Ensure website content, factsheets and other marketing materials are relevant and updated.
- Manage marketing spend against budget.
Skills:
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Technical Skills:
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on your findings.
- Conversant and/or willing to learn Adobe Suite, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, SalesForce.
Personal Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities, and be able to independently meet project goals.
- Have a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit and an international approach that always puts the member and the client at the centre of the experience.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and initiative.
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation. You should demonstrate composure under pressure, always be solution-orientated, and function as a collaborative partner.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Desired - additional/specific marketing qualification.
- 3+ years marketing experience.
