We are now looking for a hard working and committed individual to join us as a Senior Nurse.

The role consists of two eight hour shifts and two twelve hour shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership.
• Oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, including maintaining accurate records while consistently delivering the highest care standards.
• Ensure person-centred care of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care, and assessing their nursing needs.
• Supervise and manage your team, liaise with residents' families and other care professionals, and comply with CQC and care standards.
• Demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home.

What are we looking for?

• An experienced nurse, who holds a current NMC pin.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

This role would be for 40 hours per week and would be subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
