Job Description
A commonly used, global app is building out their Safety and Compliance team, and they are looking for a consultant specialising in creating process improvement within technology and compliance to join them.
The team builds and delivers critical process improvements, ensuring compliance with ever-evolving regulations, while simultaneously focusing on keeping a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming requests based on regulatory updates, and deliver time-critical changes to the product.
- Constantly evaluate current processes and look to run continuous improvements to increase efficiencies.
- Run data-led tracking of processes and report on results and impact of changes.
- Experience within operational and continuous improvement, ideally with management over projects and able to lead others.
- Experience from a highly-regulated industry is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis skills are required, including knowledge of SQL.
- Start date: Early April
- Duration: 12 months
- Day rate: £300 - £400 (PAYE only)
- Location: Hybrid (50% in London office)
