The Integrated Process Team (IPT) 3 stream at our Milton Keynes site incorporates all Filling & Blending activities. We are recruiting for a Senior Technician to join our team. As a Senior Technician in IPT3, you will be a key member of the team. Reporting to the Lead Technician:

• Must have experience of leading a team, supervising weekly and monthly workloads, and be accountable for the team's performance.
• GMP experience in a production environment with experience in clean rooms (Grade A, B, C & D preferable) producing sterile products.
• Demonstrate ability to work with other departments QA, QC, Validation, Engineering, etc.
• Create, update and review new SOP and BMI's, coaching the team on expected standards.
• Become the subject matter expert in the Filling and Visual Inspection areas, develop standard operating procedures, write and train out new SOP's to the team, monitor team performance, and ensure a Right First Time attitude is adopted across the site.
• Perform safety reviews, i.e., COSHH, Risk assessments, Manual handling, etc.
• Supervise and perform ongoing monitoring of cleaning.
• Change control owner and lead investigator on deviations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of world-class supply and integrated business planning.
• Assist in all Audits.

• GCSE/A levels (or equivalent), with an interest in a scientific field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of product quality, for example: demonstrated through Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Evidence of excellent attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Cleanroom experience desirable.
