About the role
As Senior Philanthropy Manager (Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences) you will be driving strategic philanthropic partnerships to secure income at the six and seven-figure level from high-net-worth individuals in support of the fundraising priorities for four UCL faculties: Arts and Humanities, Social and Historical Sciences, Laws and Education and Society, as well as for UCL's libraries, special collections and cultural programmes.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. Please note our in-office anchor day for all Advancement members is a Tuesday, therefore this would be a required day in the office.

We are seeking experienced fundraisers who are target driven, with a passion for building meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be tenacious in their approach to income delivery, a strategic collaborator and able to confidently articulate the case for support for arts, culture and higher education.
We are pleased to accept applications from individuals who possess transferable skills and experience drawn from sectors outside of Higher Education.
